Processing:

Each item is hand made and may need up to 5 days to cure securely before shipping. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Please contact us if you have a time constraint question for your order.

Shipping:

Shipping times vary due to your location, which service provider you choose at checkout, and which option you picked for shipping time. All orders ready to ship go out daily, Monday through Friday. Any order ready to ship on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Holidays do not allot for shipping drop-off and will resume the next available day. If you are having issues or concerns about your item and shipping please contact us with your order number at customer service via email. Due to the nature of our product we recommend faster shipping times for those who live in warmer/humid climates.

Returns:

All Sales are Final. We will do our best to satisfy your concerns with an exchange or replacement item of similiar value and size upon returned receipt of originally ordered item. Shipping is not included on returned or exchanged items.

Event & Bulk Orders (50 or more):
